In-Person Access to City Services

In-person services will continue at alternate locations, including the MacBain Community Centre and Wayne Thomson Building.

MacBain Community Centre

Residents are encouraged to visit MacBain Community Centre for in-person payments and inquiries. Our cashiers accept payments for tax and water bills, parking tickets, parking permits, bus passes, and dog licences.

At this office, you can also set up pre-authorized payments for your water bills and property taxes.

Ample FREE parking is available.

Wayne Thomson Building

During the renovations, the Finance and Clerks departments will temporarily be located in the Wayne Thomson building, a short walk from City Hall.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Parking: Limited on-site and street parking is available.
Please note that Wedding Ceremonies will not be offered during the renovation period (July 15 - October 17, 2025).
