In-Person Access to City Services
Services will continue at alternate locations, including the Wayne Thomson Building and MacBain Community Centre.
MacBain Community Centre
Residents are encouraged to use the MyCity Customer Service Desk at MacBain Community Centre for in-person payments and inquiries. Our cashiers accept payments for tax and water bills, parking tickets, parking permits, bus passes, and dog licences.
At this office, you can also set up pre-authorized payments for your water bills and property taxes.

Wayne Thomson Building
During the renovations, the Finance and Clerks departments will temporarily be located in the Wayne Thomson building, a short walk from City Hall. Street parking is available.
