Niagara Falls City Hall will undergo renovations to enhance customer service. As a result, it will be closed to the public beginning Monday, July 21, 2025.

A partial reopening is scheduled for Monday, September 15, with access limited to the Council Chambers and select departmental services. Full public access and services are expected to resume on Monday, October 20, 2025.

The City of Niagara Falls aims to enhance service delivery and engage more effectively with residents. This renovation reflects our commitment to providing faster, more accessible, and more convenient services to our community.

During the closure, call 905-356-7521 or visit niagarafalls.ca for guidance and assistance from City staff.

Many services will continue to be available online or at alternative locations, including:

  • MacBain Community Centre
  • Wayne Thomson Building (for Finance and Clerks)

Additionally, some departments will remain accessible at City Hall by appointment only. The departments available by appointment include:
