If you are a 60+ senior resident of Niagara Falls, we'd appreciate your input through a quick, 6 question, online survey. The survey can be accessed by clicking here.

What is the Seniors Advisory Committee (SAC)? The Seniors Advisory Committee was appointed by Council and acts as a liaison to enrich and enhance the lives of seniors within Niagara Falls by identifying barriers, forming partnerships with the community and acting as a public forum for issues affecting seniors. They have 4 main goals.
What are the goals of SAC?
Goal 1: Promote awareness of the role of the SAC and encourage input. The SAC solicit input and act as a public forum for issues that affect seniors in the community and to improve senior’s participation in City Programs and Services.
Goal 2: To explore and develop partnerships that inform and improve the quality of life of seniors.
Goal 3: Develop an action-orientated strategy focused on older adults, to create an Age-Friendly Niagara Falls. This will be achieved by completing the Age-Friendly self-assessment of Niagara Falls and to secure Council’s support to create an Age-Friendly Niagara Falls.
Goal 4 : Advise Council by providing recommendations, based on input received, to improve programs, policies and services provided to seniors.
