Consultation has concluded

The Niagara Falls Canada Day Celebration is an annual celebration organized by the Niagara Falls Canada Day Planning Team.

The Planning Teams' mandate is to facilitate a community wide celebration for Canada Day, to promote maximum community involvement for all ages and abilities, and to instill civic and national pride for the citizens and visitors of Niagara Falls.

This year’s Canada Day Celebration included the following: a Citizenship Ceremony, a Parade, 1K and 5K Run/Walk, live entertainment, children’s play zone, free birthday cake, art show, buskers, car show, extreme sports area, WingFest for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara Falls, food vendors and more!

The City’s Canada Day Celebration was held in Optimist Park for more than 30 years. After the sale of Optimist Park, the Canada Day Planning Team moved the event to Downtown Niagara Falls - Queen Street. The event has been held on Queen Street, in Downtown Niagara Falls, for the past five years. The Niagara Falls Canada Day Planning Team would like your input!
