Thank you to all those who participated in the Sitemap Focus Group on Thursday, September 26!

The feedback from the sitemap focus group will help shape the new City of Niagara Falls website to serve the needs of our community, from residents and visitors to business owners, staff, and elected officials.

What is a sitemap?

It’s a blueprint for how our website will be structured. It ensures the homepage is easy to use and has an intuitive design.

What was involved?

Our consultant (GHD) gave an introductory presentation with instructions and explained what makes a good sitemap. The draft sitemap was spread out on the wall. Participants worked in small groups, navigated the sitemap, and made suggestions.
