The City of Niagara Falls has been undertaking a Secondary Plan process for the Grassy Brook Area. The Secondary Plan is a land-use policy document that guides future development and becomes part of the Official Plan. This Open House will be the second in a series of open houses and public meetings where you will have an opportunity to receive information on the Secondary Plan and associated studies and to provide your views and comments. At this stage in the process, we will focus on the preliminary proposed land use concept and transportation network for the secondary plan area. Representatives from the Planning, Building and Development Division, as well as Dillon Consulting Limited, working on behalf of the City, will be in attendance at the Open House to provide an overview of process and background studies and to answer questions.
