The City of Niagara Falls is developing a Customer Service Vision to guide its actions in developing and providing City services.

Examples of existing City services include (but are not limited to):

  • Registering for a recreation program (e.g., swimming, 60+ adult programs)
  • Booking rooms/arenes/courts
  • Reporting an issue (e.g., broken streetlights, potholes, etc.)
  • Applying for a business license/building permit
  • Paying for fines such as parking tickets

As a community-driven municipality, the City of Niagara Falls is committed to ensuring that the opinions and suggestions of residents and business owners are at the core of the Customer Service Vision.

The survey’s purpose is to gather your feedback on the Customer Service Vision and includes questions aimed at gathering your opinion about the quality of the following:

  • Vision
  • Goal
  • Measures of success
  • Values
