Since the public consultation phase closed, City staff have been in dialogue with stakeholders, partners and community providers to better understand the impact of the facility and how best to manage and implement the report that the dtah consultation provided to the City. We have been working with 360 Consulting Services to develop and Operating and Business Plan for the facility. This work has involved more conversations with the community, potential users and partners in the project. In the meantime, City staff have engaged dtah to be the lead architect in the project.
