The construction team onsite has been working busily on the interior and exterior. They are approaching a critical stage of closing in the building. Once this happens, a lot of the interior work can commence. There is continued work on the windows around the property and the numerous skylights are to arrive shortly.

The team has installed the main staircase in the Studio building and lots of the materials for the interior has arrived or will arrive shortly.

We are also starting the job of looking at furnishing the property once it is completed by the contractors. We have worked with many people to ensure that we do this right.

For the woodworking shop, we have spoken to many experts in this area to ensure that the shop is fitting to make it a great community asset. We also are looking at what needs that creatives, promoters and producers will need to utilize the Market Hall and the rest of the facility to be an interesting and engaging community asset.
