Ongoing work happening as the team starts to get ready for the building occupancy. You can see from the photos below. The construction team has been putting in wood blocking in preparation of the skylights going in. The Studio Building second floor curtain wall is almost in place and should be complete shortly. The drywallers are starting to add drywall to the ceiling where possible and the rooms are starting to shape up. In the coming weeks, the contractors will continue with drywall, drains, ductwork and electrical rough ins.

The Culture division team is just completing some of the details for renting studio spaces, the Market Hall and membership in the woodworking studios. We will start releasing some of the details within the coming weeks and are really excited to share those with you.

The Market Hall facing west. This area will be busy on market days. Vendors will be set up outside and inside the market hall in this area.	Wilma Morrison Courtyard. Once complete, this will be a great space to sit down, enjoy some food from the market and meet with friends and neighbours.
