We are excited to recharge our city's identity and need your input!

In collaboration with branding experts at Cinnamon Toast New Media Inc., we are embarking on a community engagement initiative to create a brand strategy that truly reflects our shared pride and evolving identity.

The brand strategy will align with our mission and values, help attract new businesses and support economic growth, and present a dynamic, forward-thinking public image.

Ways to participate

Your feedback is not only welcome but vital- it will shape the future of the City of Niagara Falls' brand strategy.

  • Brand Development Strategy Survey: The collective insights from this survey will help shape the City of Niagara Falls’ brand development, designed to capture our unique character and essence. The outcome will showcase a cohesive, fresh, modern, and innovative image of Niagara Falls. Your input is invaluable, and we appreciate your participation!
  • Community Open House: Join us for a group open house session at MacBain Community Centre, Room D & E, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. RSVP to communications@niagarafalls.ca by Monday, September 30, 2024. Volunteer hours will be given to participating students!
  • Along with some collaborative group activities, examples of discussions we may have include:
    • What key messages about Niagara Falls aren’t being shared but need to be?
    • What words would you use to describe Niagara Falls’s personality?
    • What would you list as Niagara Falls’s key differentiators?
  • Share feedback, stories, and photos: Residents know better than anyone what makes the city special. Use the tool below to share what makes Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls!
  • Spread the word: Share this engagement with friends and family and encourage them to participate.

For Niagara Falls, this brand will represent our community’s pride, aspirations, and what we stand for, helping us effectively promote our local identity, attract investment, and inspire a sense of belonging for everyone who calls this city home.
