The Niagara Falls City Guide is a new resource designed to help residents easily find essential city services and amenities. It provides a practical and user-friendly overview of municipal services.

The guide includes information on available recreational programs, cultural opportunities, and facility rentals. It also features a detailed city map highlighting parks and trails and addresses residents' most frequently asked questions.

The City Guide was delivered directly to residents' mailboxes in Fall 2024, and an accessible version is also available online.
